End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
This application is owned and operated by Ocean Breeze Beach Resort and is intended for authorized internal business use.
Purpose
The application connects authorized Ocean Breeze Beach Resort systems with QuickBooks Online for accounting, reporting, and reconciliation purposes.
Authorized Use
Access to this application is limited to Ocean Breeze Beach Resort and authorized personnel. The application may only be used for legitimate business purposes.
QuickBooks Online Access
The application may access authorized QuickBooks Online accounting data, including sales receipts and related transaction information, as necessary to perform reporting and reconciliation functions.
Restrictions
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, its connected systems, or QuickBooks Online data. Users may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or misuse the application or information obtained through it.
Data and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their authorized accounts and credentials. Access to QuickBooks Online is controlled through Intuit's authorization system and may be revoked at any time.
Availability
The application is provided for internal operational purposes. Ocean Breeze Beach Resort does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the application at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean Breeze Beach Resort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the application.
Termination
Authorization to use the application may be terminated at any time. Upon termination, access to the application and connected QuickBooks Online information may be revoked.
