From Oldsmar, Florida to Placencia, Belize: The Story Behind Toucan Jacks Tiki Bar
Before launching their tropical dream in Placencia, Belize, Craig and Risa lived near the charming town of Oldsmar, Florida. Craig’s favorite local hangout was Jack Willie’s Tiki Bar—a lively waterfront spot that’s still serving up good times today.
Inspired by those laid-back Florida vibes and the vibrant beauty of Belize’s national bird, the keel-billed toucan, they created a new name that blends both worlds: Toucan Jacks Tiki Bar.
It’s a tribute to their roots, their love of tropical hospitality, and the colorful spirit of Belize.
